Job Description

Your responsibilities will encompass client relationship management and project delivery, with a focus on delivering exceptional value to our clients. Your responsibilities will be organized along the dimensions below:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients worldwide
  • Deeply understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and meeting commitments

Project Delivery

  • Execute and deliver consulting projects
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to guarantee profitability and quality

People Development

  • Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and progressive work environment
  • Facilitate training and professional development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth

Knowledge Management

  • Capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge within the team to ensure better project outcomes
  • Leverage best practices and lessons learned from previous engagements
  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation within the organization

Vos responsabilités comprendront la gestion des relations clients et la mise en oeuvre des projets, avec un focus sur la création de valeur de haut niveau pour nos clients. Votre mission sera organisée selon les dimensions suivantes :

Gestion des Relations Clients

  • Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec des clients clés dans le monde entier
  • Comprendre les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions sur mesure
  • Assurer la satisfaction des clients par des offres à haute valeur ajoutée et en respectant les engagements

Mise en œuvre de Projets

  • Assurer la planification, l’exécution et le delivery des projets
  • Gérer les budgets, les ressources et les délais des projets pour garantir la rentabilité et la qualité

Développement des talents

  • Animer et mentorer des consultants juniors, en cultivant un environnement de travail collaboratif
  • Encourager la formation et les programmes de développement pour renforcer leurs compétences et leurs connaissances
  • Insuffler une culture d’amélioration continue et de développement personnel

Knowledge Management

  • Partager les connaissances au sein des équipes pour de meilleurs résultats sur les projets
  • Tirer parti des bonnes pratiques et des retours d’expériences précédents
  • Promouvoir une culture de partage des connaissances et d’innovation au sein de l’organisation

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has an academic background from a leading institution in business and/or engineering, including MBA from leading University, and will bring a strong track record in strategy consulting. With their expertise, we aim to further establish Talan as a leader in providing innovative, client-focused solutions that drive sustainable growth.

More specifically, the required qualities for this position include:

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, process modeling, change management, information systems, and/or a culture of innovation and new technologies (AI, data, etc.).
  • Strong customer culture with the ambition to collectively win high-value missions with our clients.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills in complex situations.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • High level of professional ethics and reliability.

Issu d’une formation académique de premier plan (grande école de commerce ou d’ingénieurs, MBA), le candidat idéal aura un solide parcours en Conseil en Stratégie, des capacités de leadership éprouvées et une compréhension approfondie des tendances émergentes du marché.
