We’re looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with a strong knack for staying organized and ensuring everything runs smoothly. As a VA, you will support attorneys by managing case-related tasks, coordinating client communications, and helping guide potential clients through the legal case funnel—from initial contact to conversion. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting attorneys by managing client intake and case documentation
Following up with potential clients to keep them engaged and advancing through the process
Maintaining attorney calendars and setting appointments across time zones
Organizing case files and track updates using task and document management tools
Responding to emails and client messages in a timely, professional manner
Keeping CRM systems and trackers updated with client and case status
Preparing summaries or reports as requested by attorneys
Flagging issues that may delay case conversion and suggest solutions
Handling general virtual assistant tasks (e.g., inbox management, research, scheduling)
At least 3–5 years as a Virtual Assistant or in executive support
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Skilled in tools like Slack, Notion, Trello, and Calendly
A strong communicator who can work with diverse stakeholders
