Job Description

Gameloft Ukraine is looking for a Content Producer to lead the planning and coordination of live content for a high-profile mobile title developed in partnership with a globally recognized IP.

You’ll own the content production roadmap, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and oversee the timely delivery of high-quality game updates. This role requires close collaboration with licensors, marketing, and internal cross-functional teams to deliver content that supports both creative vision and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Planning & Delivery: Own the roadmap and planning for live content releases—events, characters, features, and other in-game content.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between designers, artists, developers, and licensors to ensure smooth execution and alignment across all teams.
  • Live Operations: Partner with the LiveOps and analytics teams to monitor performance, optimize content based on player behavior and feedback, and react quickly to live issues.
  • Workflow Optimization: Define and refine content production pipelines to boost efficiency and quality across all stages of development.
  • Project Oversight: Manage production timelines, ensure on-time delivery of content updates, and keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with brand partners like Illumination, ensuring content meets IP guidelines and quality standards.
  • Creative Quality Control: Ensure content aligns with creative goals and maintains consistency in tone, gameplay, and user experience

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Content Producer, Game Producer, Project Manager, or similar role—ideally in a live game environment.
  • 2+ years in the gaming industry (mobile experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment between creative and technical departments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple updates and priorities simultaneously.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of what makes great game content.
  • Passion for mobile games and current trends in the gaming market.
  • English: Upper-intermediate or higher.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on live games or regularly updated products.
  • Understanding of game economy design or content monetization.
  • Familiarity with “Minions” or other licensed IPs is a plus.
  • Background in game design, art production, or narrative is a bonus.
