We’re looking for a B2B Content Writer who’s curious, analytical, and excited to work closely with clients to turn complex ideas into powerful content. You’ll bring a journalist’s mindset, critical thinking, and a strong sense of voice and structure to every piece.
In this role, you will:
📝 Write a wide range of B2B content including thought leadership articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and research reports
🎤 Interview subject matter experts and ask thoughtful, strategic questions
🔎 Conduct independent research and weave in strong sources and data
📊 Work with survey findings to build compelling, insight-driven stories
💡 Translate complex tech topics into engaging, business-relevant narratives
📋 Create content briefs and contribute to client-facing strategy discussions
🧠 Learn new tech topics and industries regularly
🗣️ Match each client’s tone and audience needs with precision
🔄 Suggest and support improvements to editorial processes
⚙️ Use AI as a tool to write smarter and faster, not to replace insight
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time remote role. Working hours are flexible, but you’ll need solid overlap with Mountain Time (and some Eastern Time) for meetings and interviews.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
✅ 3-5 years of experience in exceptional writing and editing skills, ideally with journalism or agency background
✅ Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
✅ Comfortable conducting interviews and finding unique insights
✅ Able to learn new products and industries quickly
✅ Experience writing research-based content or excited to learn
✅ Comfortable writing in different voices and styles
✅ Reliable and consistent with deadlines
✅ Proactive communicator who handles timeline changes transparently
✅ Collaborative and self-managed - ability to be able to write more than 6 blogs per month
Bonus Points for:
🌟 Experience writing for B2B tech or enterprise software
🌟 Background in SEO or content strategy
🌟 Past agency or freelance experience with multiple clients
