As a CRM Associate, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing customer communications across multiple channels. You will work closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to develop compelling content, maintain a structured content calendar, and ensure a seamless customer experience through email, SMS, and other retention-focused strategies.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning:
Develop and maintain a content calendar to align CRM campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Brainstorm and contribute creative content ideas to enhance customer engagement.
Ensure CRM messaging aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
Content Creation & Execution:
Develop creative content briefs for Email and SMS, ensuring alignment with website copy and social media through edits and proofreading
Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness.
Assist with email campaign setup and execution in our ESP (Email Service Provider).
Quality Control & Performance Analysis:
Review and optimize content for consistency, accuracy, and SEO best practices.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions) and suggest improvements.
Assist in A/B testing and data-driven content optimization.

- Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to self-manage with stellar time-management skills.
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Agile and adaptable to change, with a flexible approach to problem-solving.
- Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!):Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Photoshop experience for minor design edits.
- Proofreading experience for marketing content.
- Experience with ESPs (Email Service Providers) such as Klaviyo, Salesforce, or Bluecore.
Salary Range: 55-58K overtime eligible.
