Job Description: Data Entry & Invoice Reconciliation Analyst - Temp Position (6 Months)
Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Data Entry & Invoice Reconciliation Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is key to ensuring accurate data processing,
invoice integrity, and vendor communication. If you are someone who thrives on keeping systems clean, loves digging into invoice details, and can confidently navigate cross-functional interactions with vendors, and accounts payable, we’d love to hear from you. This is a 6 month temporary position with the potential to become a permanent role. Hourly rate is $25.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Requisition Management
Enter and maintain data in Google Sheets or similar platforms with high accuracy and speed.
Review and validate purchase requisitions for completeness and compliance with internal policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to correct or clarify incomplete or ambiguous requisitions.
Invoice Review & Reconciliation
Review incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and prevent overpayments.
Match invoices to corresponding purchase orders and receipts, investigating discrepancies as needed.
Partner with Accounts Payable to support timely processing and resolution of any invoice issues. Vendor & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to clarify invoice and payment-related concerns.
Proactively follow up with vendors on missing documentation, adjustments, or updates.
Insurance & Compliance Checks
Review insurance details to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Escalate discrepancies to the appropriate internal contacts for timely resolution.
Qualifications
2+ years in a data entry, procurement, accounts payable, or finance operations role.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (vlookups, filters, pivot tables).
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Experience with invoice reconciliation and vendor communication preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
