Analytica is seeking a technically skilled Technical Lead to lead data governance activities that include curating data assets, ensuring data catalog alignment to agency-wide strategy, mature data standards and data management. In this hands-on role, you will own the end-to-end management of data governance platform, enabling automated metadata capture, data classification, and enterprise-wide discoverability of data assets.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8 (eight) years’ experience
• Bachelor’s in engineering or science
• Analyzes and studies complex system requirements.
• Designs software, and tools to support domain analyses.
• Installs, configures, tests, maintains, and debugs software, systems, and associated capabilities specifically dealing with data governance and related persona user interfaces.
• Recommends system improvements to optimize software use.
• Ability to support specific requirements for software configuration, system management, and maintenance.
• Investigates, analyzes, and compares existing systems or subsystems software, and makes specific performance
recommendations to meet client’s specific requirements and ensure achievement of assigned technical activities, as required
.• Databricks Certified Data Engineer or Alation Certified Professional Consultant. Will accept an Alation Professional Accreditation and 2 years of professional Alation experience as a substitute for the Alation Certified Professional Consultant qualification that no longer exists.
• Extensive experience with healthcare data with contributions to key initiatives including cloud modernization, identity resolution, and reporting.
• Strong data governance and metadata management acumen, utilizing platforms like Alation and Collibra
• Experience implementing large-scale ETL and Lakehouse solutions in AWS, incorporating advanced capabilities
