JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. In this entry level role, you will support the organization by delivering data-driven insights through client reporting, operational analysis, and financial analysis. As a critical POC for our clients and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for producing and presenting actionable analytics that support informed decision-making across departments.

KEY DUTIES:
- Prepare, interpret, and deliver customized reports to clients, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and clarity in all communications
- Perform in-depth analysis of operational & financial metrics, offering clear summaries and identifying opportunities to drive business efficiency and profitability
- Design, implement, and maintain dynamic dashboards that provide real-time insights to both clients and internal teams
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, engineering, and sales to deliver data-driven insights
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in SQL (Big Query) for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with dashboarding applications like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Familiarity with Python is highly preferred, though not required
