Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Talent Development Specialist to join our growing, fully remote team. This role oversees Talent Development, ensuring effective employee training across all departments. You’ll design, implement, and deliver impactful training programs that empower our employees and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging, scalable training programs tailored to a diverse, remote workforce
  • Conduct training needs analysis with managers to identify gaps and opportunities for employee development.
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and team-specific trainings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with department leaders and HR Business Partners to support employee growth and performance
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and data to continuously optimize program design
  • Contribute to the development, communication, and implementation of internal HR policies and resources
  • Support broader People & Culture initiatives related to performance, engagement, and career development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Human Resources
  • Experience designing training for remote or globally distributed teams
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate feedback and data into actionable insights
  • Understanding of LATAM labor practices is a plus
  • Background in instructional design or adult learning theory is a bonus
