Job description

The Role:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy intern reporting to the Digital Commerce Assistant Manager. You will support our TikTok Shop initiatives at our dynamic and growing company. You will need to be passionate about social media, e-commerce, and consumer engagement. You’ll help us grow our presence on TikTok Shop, optimize product listings, and engage with our community in meaningful ways. If you’ve got what it takes to join our fast-paced organization, consider the following assignment as a US Digital Commerce Intern, focused mainly on the John Frieda, Jergens, and Biore brands.

What you will do:

  • Help manage and optimize our TikTok Shop storefront.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer care teams to ensure product listings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Help plan, coordinate, and execute TikTok Shop Live Streams, including product preparation, live chat moderation, and post-stream recaps.
  • Monitor TikTok trends and identify opportunities for product promotion and influencer/affiliate collaboration.
  • Support the creation and scheduling of short-form video content that drives traffic and conversions.
  • Track performance metrics and provide weekly reports on engagement, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on TikTok in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Stay up to date with TikTok Shop policies, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including global, legal, and shopper teams, to achieve brand objectives.
  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
  • Handle ad hoc/flex requests as needed.

What you will need:

  • Student pursuing bachelor’s degree required; All majors considered. Available 25+hours during the Fall semester
  • 1+ years of experience in the TikTok and Instagram platforms is a requirement: knowledge of the creative editing capabilities, music library, and trendspotting is a must.
  • Consumer and social media obsessed.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Passionate about beauty products, brands, social media trends, and influencers/creators.
  • Prior internship experience in a digital, social, or marketing/sales

A reasonable pay range is $17/hr. - $20/hr.
