Job description
You will join a dynamic team focused on executing Paid Search, Shopping, Display, and Social Advertising strategies for our e-commerce properties.
This role is specifically designed for individuals with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads) platforms. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience is not relevant to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage campaigns, AdGroups, keywords, negative keywords, and ads for paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta.
Conduct account health checks and make recommendations for improvement.
Analyze large data sets to identify opportunities for keyword expansion, negative keywords, and overall account optimization.
Analyze merchant center listings for optimization efforts
Pull data from platforms like Facebook, Google, and Amazon to produce weekly reports.
Address disapproved products in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta platforms.
Utilize third-party tools, such as ChatGPT, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Proven understanding of Paid Marketing Performance Metrics (e.g., clicks, cost per click, click-through rate) and strategies for optimizing them.
Direct experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and/or Microsoft Ads is required. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Merchant Center Next, and SearchAds360 is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
While not required, certification in Google Ads Search or Shopping ads is preferred.
Shift Timing: US business hours (M-F 8:30AM-5:30PM PST)

Salary Range: $10 - $11 per hour
Payment Cycle: Weekly or Biweekly
Working Hours: 42 hours per week
