Our client, an AI-powered platform revolutionizing personalized learning, seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive organic and paid social media traffic through influencers and affiliate partnerships. You’ll manage content, build relationships, and optimize campaigns on platforms like TikTok Shop and Meta, focusing on D2C CPG companies. Experience in e-commerce, particularly in health and wellness, is key. You’ll use data and KPIs to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and brand presence. Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the growth of the affiliate and influencer programs, driving paid and organic traffic, creating engaging content, and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns. You will be key to scaling the brand and growing the company’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Outreach & Partnerships: Source, vet, and recruit aligned creators (with a strong emphasis on TikTok and Instagram). Build strong relationships with micro and macro influencers to drive brand presence, engagement, and UGC. Negotiate deliverables and manage contracts or gifting agreements.
Affiliate Program Growth: Own the day-to-day management of affiliate platforms (Aspire, TikTok Shop, Discord Channels, Amazon Creator Connections, etc.). Develop custom offers and incentives to drive conversions. Develop and set up high-converting funnels and campaigns tailored to the target audience, ensuring scalability and performance. Track performance and optimize based on ROI.
Content Management: Coordinate UGC and influencer content for organic and paid use. Collaborate with creative and paid media teams to repurpose top-performing content into ads. Procure opportunities for whitelisted paid media spend.
Performance and Reporting: Lead the strategy and execution of campaigns across TikTok Shop, Meta, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals. Set clear KPIs and measure the impact of creator campaigns (CPA, ROAS, engagement, unique assets, etc.). Regularly analyze and report on performance using insights and data to guide strategy.
Social Media & Community Growth: Engage with communities on social media to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty. Increase brand presence, engagement, and attributed revenue.
Strategy & Innovation: Stay on top of creator economy trends, platform changes, and new growth tactics. Identify opportunities to test new verticals, niches, or influencer categories.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years experience in scaling D2C CPG companies, particularly through influencers, affiliates, and social media marketing. Must be able to demonstrate experience and provide case studies managing creator campaigns that drive measurable sales growth. (wellness niche a plus). Strong network of creators or experience sourcing and recruiting.
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of TikTok Shop, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Creator Connections, and influencer platforms (e.g., Aspire, CreatorIQ, Cohley).
Industry Experience: Strong background in DTC e-commerce CPG, especially in the health and wellness sector. Bonus if you have experience working with supplement or beauty brands.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic Vision and Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced founder-led startup environment. Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking ROI and performance metrics. Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies independently, ensuring that the vision is aligned with business goals and market trends.
Bonus Points For:
E-Commerce Experience: Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms is highly advantageous. Paid media and ad whitelisting experience.
Health & Wellness: Experience in supplements, wellness, or women’s health. Passion for empowering others and building community.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Aspire and TripleWhale for managing affiliate and influencer campaigns and measuring attribution is highly advantageous. Basic competency in design tools such as Canva, Figma, and Illustrator for briefing and light editing.

Operational Efficiency & Reporting: Real-time and continuous data-driven planning, execution, and reporting.
