This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering scalable, user-facing features while collaborating with cross-functional leaders in Data, DevOps, and Science, including future-facing work on LLMs and agentic workflows. What You’ll Do
●Lead and mentor a team of full stack engineers building a modern web-based ad buying platform.
●Set technical direction across frontend, backend, and API design, ensuring high quality and performance.
●Stay hands-on in the codebase where necessary to unblock the team, spike new approaches, or review critical paths
●Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Engineering, DevOps, and Science teams to deliver impactful features.
●Contribute to architectural decisions that balance scalability, velocity, and maintainability.
●Support integration of real-time data, machine learning models, and agentic capabilities into the product.
●Help grow the team through recruiting, onboarding, and professional development.
●Participate in the on-call rotation to help ensure system availability and quick incident resolution.
●Foster a high-trust, performance-driven engineering culture.
What We’re Looking For
●8+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership.
●Deep hands-on expertise in full stack development — React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js.
●Strong architectural skills and experience building scalable customer-facing SaaS products.
●Comfortable being hands-on when needed — whether coding, debugging, or exploring solutions
●Experience working with cloud services (preferably AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
●Familiarity with data-intensive systems, model integrations, or LLM-driven workflows.
●Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global, cross-functional teams.
●Ability to work 11 am – 8 pm EEST to align with U.S.-based counterparts.
Bonus Points
●Experience in ad tech, martech, or performance-oriented SaaS platforms.
●Exposure to DevOps principles, observability tooling, or real-time analytics.
We are excited to be building out the various perks and benefits for our Ukraine team. More will be discussed during the interview phase!
