Requirements
- Experience to manage engineering teams of 5 or more people
- Fluent in coding with either C#, C++, Java or Rust
- Business level English

- Driving your team and project to maximize the outcome of the team in a timely manner under a very dynamic and agile environment
- Growing your team members by giving them incrementally more challenging assignments and ongoing coaching
- Create a psychologically safe environment across the company beyond your local team
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to understand both the customer's and engineer's point of view
- Fluency in Japanese
