Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 meetings
- Develop trust with engineers to detect risks early
- Gather stakeholder's insights about challenges, pain points and strategies that can be leveraged in supporting the engineer's growth strategy
- Guide and support the developers through day-to-day challenges
- Mentor the engineers in their career progression
- Monitor engineer satisfaction and performance. Conduct performance reviews and performance improvement plans as needed
- Contributes to constantly improving internal processes so that they drive the expected results in the areas of responsibility of the engineering department
- Influence colleagues to achieve the highest standards
