The Role
BeyondTrust is seeking a highly skilled IT Enterprise Architect to design and implement enterprise-wide IT solutions that align with our business strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the architecture roadmap, optimizing IT systems, and ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Alignment - Ensure the IT infrastructure supports long-term business objectives, improving efficiency and scalability.
- Cost Reduction & Optimization - Assess current IT infrastructure and recommend improvements for scalability and cost efficiency.
- Technology Standardization - Establish and enforce technology standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Risk Management & Security - Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance requirements.
- Enhance Collaboration -Bridge the gap between business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on technology priorities.
- Oversee and manage the technology stack and the integration of third-party solutions.
- Evaluate and select emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Lead digital transformation and modernization initiatives across the business.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise architecture roles.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with software development, APIs, microservices, and DevOps.
- Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
- Experience with working in Scrum, Sprint, Kanban and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in Data, Software, Infrastructure, and Security Architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, Jira, Workato, and/or Boomi.
- Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, or other architecture frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of IT financial management and Business Intelligence.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect are a plus.
