Arc implements its strategy through grantmaking and proprietary products and programs delivered by our in-house capability.

About the opportunity

As Events and Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and on-time delivery of Climate Arc’s events, engagement, and marketing activities.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Engagement, you’ll work across Arc teams to bring to life a program of online consultations, workshops, webinars, and audience-focused marketing strategies as well as targeted in-person engagement moments to advance our mission and connect our growing network.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about leveraging events, engagement and marketing tools and moments to create meaningful experiences that drive impact in the fight against climate change.

What you will be doing:

  • Liaise with internal teams, partner organizations, and aligned networks to ensure smooth planning and execution of the program.

  • Manage speaker and attendee engagement for both in-person and online convenings, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout.

  • Support the development of branded event materials, including speaker briefs, agendas, slide decks, and follow-up communications.

  • Help establish a consistent ‘Arc approach’ to events, developing frameworks for different models and audience types that aligns to our brand.

  • Coordinate with venues and all suppliers, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.

  • Track metrics and participant feedback, supporting post-event evaluation and learning.

  • Support post-event follow up across Arc teams and partners to take the outcomes forward.

Marketing and Engagement Support

  • Create and distribute communications – including invitations, email campaigns, web updates, and social media assets – to drive visibility and attendance.

  • Monitor engagement progress in the CRM, working with relationship managers to ensure engagement needs for their stakeholder groups are supported

  • Manage CRM segmentation to tailor regular engagement materials, invitations and communications to specific audiences.

  • Monitor marketing trends, feedback from events and engagements, and share insights with internal teams and partners.

  • Maintain the forward events calendar, ensuring visibility across teams.

  • Support the development of robust feedback processes to capture insights from our audiences to feed into workstream development

  • Support content creation and design, using Canva, PowerPoint, and similar tools.

  • Support effective delivery of the communications strategy through administrative and project management tasks, including data quality control and information management.

Required
