About the Role

Brand Momentum Inc. is looking for an experienced and people-focused Field Manager to oversee field operations and quality assurance for our national RBH Retail Program. This individual will play a key role in managing field performance, supporting Territory Leads, and executing training and onboarding initiatives across Canada.

This is a leadership position for someone with strong field experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving results through people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Team Support

    • Act as a primary support for Team Leads and Sales Experts across all program pillars (Corners, BOTG, Multi-Category).
    • Guide and coach field teams through new program rollouts, retail engagement strategies, and ongoing performance check-ins.
  • Onboarding & QA Oversight

    • Lead onboarding sessions, training follow-ups, and ensure all SEs are equipped to deliver consistent, high-standard experiences.
    • Oversee uniform and check-in compliance, mystery shop performance, and field-level execution consistency.
  • Program & Client Alignment

    • Represent field insights in leadership meetings and client presentations.
    • Ensure weekly reports and decks reflect the realities and wins from the field.
  • Operational Consistency

    • Ensure SOPs are being followed across all regions.
    • Maintain close communication with coordinators, inventory teams, and program managers.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in field management, retail leadership, or program coordination.
  • Experience leading or supporting remote teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and people-first mindset.

Brand Momentum Inc. est à la recherche d’un·e gestionnaire de terrain expérimenté·e et axé·e sur les personnes pour superviser les opérations terrain et l’assurance qualité de notre programme national de vente au détail RBH. Cette personne jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion de la performance sur le terrain, le soutien des chefs de territoire et la mise en œuvre de l’intégration et de la formation à l’échelle nationale.

Ce poste de leadership s’adresse à une personne ayant une solide expérience terrain, d’excellentes compétences en communication et une passion pour l’atteinte des résultats grâce à une gestion humaine et stratégique.

Responsabilités principales

  • Soutien à l’équipe terrain

    • Servir de point de contact principal pour les chefs d’équipe et les experts en ventes dans tous les volets du programme (Corners, BOTG, Multi-Category).
    • Guider et coacher les équipes terrain lors des lancements de nouveaux programmes, de l’adoption de stratégies d’engagement en magasin et des suivis de performance.
  • Intégration & supervision de la qualité

    • Animer les sessions d’intégration, effectuer les suivis de formation et s’assurer que tous les experts en ventes sont bien outillés pour offrir une expérience client uniforme et de haute qualité.
    • Superviser la conformité des uniformes et des présences, les performances lors de visites mystères, ainsi que la cohérence de l’exécution sur le terrain.
  • Alignement programme & client

    • Représenter les réalités et les perspectives du terrain lors des réunions de direction et des présentations client.
    • Veiller à ce que les rapports hebdomadaires et les présentations reflètent fidèlement les résultats et succès observés sur le terrain.
  • Cohérence opérationnelle

    • S’assurer que les procédures opérationnelles normalisées (SOP) sont respectées dans toutes les régions.
    • Maintenir une communication étroite avec les coordonnateurs, les équipes d’inventaire et les gestionnaires de programme.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en gestion terrain, en gestion de la vente au détail ou en coordination de programme.
  • Expérience dans la gestion ou le soutien d’équipes à distance réparties sur plusieurs régions.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en présentation et en animation.
  • Grand sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
  • Maîtrise des outils technologiques (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Esprit proactif, orienté solutions et axé sur les personnes.
