Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a finance administrative role within a company (not consultancy), preferably with experience in Shared Services Centers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a Finance Controller position at Idoven.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Budget Support: Work closely with the finance team to track and manage budgets.
- Expense Management: Oversee employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Travel Management: Support employees with travel-related expenses and approvals.
- Invoicing Cycle Support: Assist with accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices.
- Audit and Tax Coordination: Assist in coordinating audits and tax filings with external providers and auditors.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a finance administrative role within a company (not consultancy). Experience in Shared Services Centers is a plus. Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with SAP or NetSuite is a plus.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a team player with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
