We are an alternative asset manager founded in 2013, focused on the lower-middle market. We use a research-led, data-driven approach, called The Access Edge, to partner with businesses. This method helps us identify, modernize, and grow companies. We manage approximately $2.3 billion in assets and have completed over 250 add-on acquisitions.

We invest in businesses within industries that are crucial for economic growth. Our investment criteria typically include companies with $5M to $20M in EBITDA at the start, with a plan to scale them to over $80M-$100M. Equity investments usually reach around $200M per platform. We look for businesses that benefit from broad market trends, operate in fragmented industries with steady demand and low volatility, offer opportunities for geographical expansion, and have recurring revenue models with strong operating leverage.

We partner with founders, using our research, established strategies, and practical execution to build strong companies. Recent examples include our Philadelphia acquisition for Spotless Brands, the creation of Palmetto National Paving with Palmetto Corporation, and our partnership with G2 Equity Partners.

We have a team of over 40 people, including more than 20 experts in value creation and operations, and over 15 investment professionals. Half of our team comes from underrepresented backgrounds.
