Red Sky is a #StartupStudio with +18 years of experience developing IT tech & products. We are a strategic partner of the Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder fund. We cooperate through a unique business model that combines the skills of a startup studio and a venture capital fund. We operate using the #VentureBuilding formula. Based on experts’ experience, we create IT solutions and support promising startups.

Cooperation model

This unique venture building model of cooperation ensures you a pivotal role in building a startup from the ground up and driving success in the AI assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create the product and the company. As the CEO of this groundbreaking project, you will be at the helm of an innovative venture poised to revolutionize the industry through advanced AI technologies. Your role encompasses strategic leadership, operational oversight, and visionary guidance to ensure AI agents’ successful development.

Red Sky leads the recruitment process. The cooperation concerns a newly built company.

Main responsibilities as a Co-founder

  • Craft and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and innovation,
  • Stimulate revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships,
  • Assemble and lead a high-caliber team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence,
  • Direct the development of the company’s product and service offers that meet customers’ needs,
  • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation,
  • Oversee financial management of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting,
  • Lead with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to our core values.

We require

  • Proven track record:

    • At least 3 years of leadership experience in startups,
    • At least 3 years in IT implementation in large organizations,
  • Good understanding of AI,

  • Experience in building startups and projects “from scratch”

  • Strong understanding of technology trends and business development strategies,

  • Exceptional networking and business development skills,

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about fostering growth and innovation,

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup setting,

  • Knowledge of project management and process design,

  • Proficiency in Polish and English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the implementation of AI.
