👩💻 What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborating closely with Developers, Designers, and Product Managers to deliver engaging and high-performing user experiences.
Helping to create a fantastic user experience by implementing design across our diverse range of products.
Developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining both new features and existing code.
Ensuring high performance, availability, and reliable technical implementation.
Solving technical challenges related to new feature development.
Staying up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in design and development.
🧠 Your Attitude & Background
At least 5 years of development experience using web technologies.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and pre-processors like SASS or LESS, as well as experience with design tools such as Figma.
Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React or Vue); experience with Next.js is a plus.
Solid experience integrating APIs, with a strong understanding of how to connect and interact with data sources.
Comfortable collaborating with designers and working from wireframes, mockups, and design systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in bringing product visions to life.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-driven and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Passion for staying at the forefront of platforms, methodologies, and web trends.
A personal portfolio that goes beyond professional work (we’d love to see your GitHub or contributions to side projects).
Ability to balance functional and aesthetic aspects of design.
Requirements
🛠 Must-Have Skills
Based in Portugal (remote-friendly within the country).
Proficient in ReactJS, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript.
Solid understanding of how to interact with RESTful APIs and data formats such as JSON and XML.
Proficient in using version control tools, especially Git.
Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to accelerate development, troubleshoot code, and increase productivity.
Open-minded and curious about integrating emerging AI workflows into daily development tasks, ranging from code generation and debugging to documentation.
