Now weโ€™re looking for a Growth Lead to join us on this journey - someone ready to think creatively, move quickly, and take ownership of how we reach, attract, and convert users at scale.

This isnโ€™t a traditional growth marketing job.

Weโ€™re looking for a Growth Lead who lives for creative acquisition, bold experiments, and scalable distribution hacks - someone who blends performance marketing chops with a curiosity for unconventional tactics, niche channels, and untapped opportunities.

Youโ€™ll own our growth playbook: designing and running smart campaigns, finding overlooked channels, scaling traffic engines globally, and unlocking distribution loops that fuel exponential growth.

Your main mission is simple: get the right users in the door - at speed and at scale.

๐Ÿ”น What youโ€™ll do

  • Dream up and execute creative growth strategies that go way beyond “Google Ads + SEO”.

  • Build and scale traffic machines: performance marketing, organic growth, viral loops, partnerships - whatever works.

  • Spot untapped distribution opportunities before anyone else - and move fast to test and own them.

  • Optimize funnels obsessively for volume and efficiency - CAC and scale are your languages.

  • Build and run a high-tempo experimentation roadmap: A/B tests, new offers, new audiences.

  • Work closely with product, design, and engineering to remove friction, boost conversion, and ship fast.

  • Always keep one eye on data, another on opportunity.

Requirements

๐Ÿ”น You might be a fit if youโ€ฆ

  • Have experience driving acquisition at scale - but youโ€™re frustrated with boring playbooks.

  • Think creatively about growth: you see channels and levers others miss.

  • Are deeply familiar with performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliates) and organic growth (SEO, ASO).

  • Have a track record of launching growth experiments that worked (or failed fast!).

  • Love data but trust your instincts when the play feels right.

  • Move fast, own your numbers, and thrive in autonomy.

  • Know (or want to know) the Sports and/or iGaming space.

  • Fluent in English.
