Requirements
- Ability to apply strategic and systems thinking skills to maintain a consistent and inclusive brand, experience, and direction
- Ability to identify the root of complex problems and to provide and test solutions
- Experience with Agile/Iterative approach to software product management
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, and JavaScript libraries like React and Redux
- Ability to work with source control tools like Git or GitLab
- Experience writing, running, and maintaining unit tests with testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme
- Ability to navigate and troubleshoot issues in an enterprise-scale product
- Ability to collaborate within a team and give and receive constructive feedback from internal team members and external customers
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our UI/UX team to create simple, cohesive experiences
- Convert user flows, wireframes, and prototypes into quality web-based product features and user experiences
- Solve complex engineering problems following performance, security, maintainability, scalability, and accessibility best practices
- Contribute to and assist in maintaining a library of reusable components, unit tests, and features that support enterprise-scale products
