We are looking for a Fullstack Lead / AI Operational Manager to drive and manage internal AI-related processes, support presales, and optimize SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) efficiency.
The ideal candidate has a developer background and is eager to step into a hybrid role that combines engineering, operational management, and process innovation.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with the latest AI development tools, building efficient processes, and growing into a tech leadership or AI product management path.
We are ready to consider both part-time or full time options for this position
Requirements
Proven ability to manage and optimize engineering processes
Experience in development 4+ years
Technical management experience
Solid hands-on experience with: Node.js, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, NestJS, TypeScript
Practical experience using AI developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, AI Agents, V0, etc.)
Nice-to-Have Skills
Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Familiarity with Linux and Bash scripting
Experience delivering rapid MVPs/Proof of Concepts
Key Responsibilities
Lead and improve internal development operations processes
Participate in the hiring of engineers and AI specialists
Contribute to presales and technical scoping for potential clients
Manage AI tooling adoption and best practices, including: V0 Claude Code JetBrains AI tools
Oversee project progress, timelines, and outcomes
Facilitate the creation of fast MVPs and PoCs to accelerate delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SDLC
Team & Projects
You’ll work across several internal Fulcrum projects depending on current priorities and needs
Team size may vary per project
Most projects are in active development stage
