Job Title: Generalist – ISO Compliance and Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote
Work Shift: EST Timezone
Working Hours: 16–20 hours/week, flexible by month; UK Timezone (9–5 PM)
Job Description:
We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Generalist to support our growing operations in both ISO compliance and sales development. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys switching between structured documentation tasks and fast-paced sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update ISO 27001 certification documents and related materials
Assist in audit preparation and internal documentation reviews
Support Account Executives and SDRs with persona-based research, especially in the UK market
Enrich and maintain data sheets to improve outreach accuracy
Build and refine contact lists using tools like Lusha and Sales Navigator
Identify and research automation tools to streamline internal processes
Provide recommendations for improving team efficiency and workflows
Contribute to onboarding processes for new team members
Assist with reporting, basic data analysis, and internal communications
Proficient in using Sales Navigator, Excel, Lusha, and ISO documentation tools for research, data management, and compliance tracking; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
3–5 years of relevant work experience
Exposure to ISO standards or compliance documentation is a strong plus
Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Entrepreneurial mindset with a resourceful and proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with precision
