Summary
As a Graphic Designer at Syndr, you will create visual assets, develop brand assets, collaborate with the team, manage social media accounts, and continuously improve your skills. A strong portfolio, proficiency in design software, experience with social media management, and excellent communication skills are required. Strong understanding of the Web3 space is preferred.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), with a specific requirement for proficiency in Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design across various platforms, including print and digital media
- Experience with social media management and post-scheduling tools
- Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Create creative assets such as graphics, templates, layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels
- Produce short videos and other digital media materials that effectively communicate the brand's message
- Develop and refine brand assets, including style guides and brand guidelines
- Collaborate closely with the team to conceptualize and execute designs that align with design standards
- Juggle multiple projects, while ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard
- Assist in scheduling posts and managing social media accounts as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and continuously seek ways to improve your skills and capabilities
