Trackman is seeking a highly motivated Head of Accounting and Reporting to lead our global accounting function. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. You will manage a team of accounting professionals, ensure timely and accurate monthly and annual closes, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep technical accounting expertise with strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for operational excellence in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting, ideally in a tech or high-growth environment
Ideally experience from Big Four Accounting firms
Proven leadership experience managing and developing accounting teams
Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or local GAAP, and experience with audit processes
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, Power BI)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Passion for sports and technology is a plus
