Job Title: Head of Creator Commerce
Salary: Up to $100,000 base + discretionary bonus
PetLab Co. is the world leader in the DTC pet supplement market - with 50%+ market share, 9-figure revenue, and profitable, global growth.
We’re hiring a Head of Creator Commerce to build and lead a high-performing creator community that directly drives revenue across multiple sales channels - from TikTok Shop to Meta Shops, Amazon, and retail partners like Chewy and PetSmart.
We’ve already seen strong early traction on one of the channels - generating nearly $1M in GMV since launching TikTok Shop late last year. Now, we’re ready to scale. This role will fully own creator-led commerce at PetLab Co. - designing a performance-first program that delivers thousands of high-impact video assets monthly, continuously testing content, and driving growth through data-driven creative optimisation
This is not traditional influencer marketing. It’s performance-driven, commerce-focused, and accountable to revenue. You’ll set the strategy, lead execution, and deliver results - identifying winning content formats, launching creator challenges, crafting conversion-led briefs, and motivating creators through gamified incentives. You’ll also work closely with TikTok Shop, agency partners, and internal teams across Creative and Paid Media to drive performance. While the initial focus will be on scaling TikTok Shop, this role will play a key part in expanding our creator-led efforts across additional platforms such as Meta Shops, Amazon, and retail marketplaces as the program evolves.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale TikTok Shop creator commerce to exceed revenue targets and drive measurable growth.
- Build and lead a highly engaged creator community that consistently delivers high-performance content.
- Manage the creation, delivery, and optimisation of large number of videos (1000+ / monthly) in partnership with creators.
- Develop creative briefs based on top-performing formats and trends across TikTok Shop.
- Launch and manage gamified creator challenges, incentives, and competitions that drive GMV.
- Analyse content performance at scale and iterate rapidly to improve ROAS and CPA.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with paid media & creative teams to maximise full-funnel performance.
- Oversee TikTok Shop agency partners.
- Monitor and expand into other creator commerce opportunities such as Meta Shops when relevant.

Hi, I’m Forest, VP of Marketing at PetLab Co. Since launching TikTok Shop less than a year ago, we’ve seen strong traction and are approaching $1M in GMV. We already have great people supporting this initiative - now we’re looking for someone to own and lead it with a performance mindset.
You’ll be a key strategic partner, responsible for scaling creator commerce into a meaningful growth engine for the business. Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience leading performance-driven communities, ideally in a DTC or eCommerce setting. Prior experience in scaling TikTok Shop operations is a major plus!
- Experience managing large-scale creator content pipelines — hundreds or thousands of assets monthly.
- Creative strategist mindset — you know what makes content sell and constantly test new angles and briefs.
- Deep understanding of TikTok creator culture, short-form video formats, and performance signals.
- Data-literate and commercially focused — comfortable with GMV, ROAS, CPA metrics.
- Exceptional communication and organisation — able to brief, motivate, and optimise creators at scale.
- Must be based in the US with full working rights.
- Speaking Spanish is a massive plus.

Responsibilities Breakdown
- 55% – Creator Community Building & Management
Build and lead a high-engagement creator network, run challenges, and maintain daily relationships.
- 25% – Creative Strategy & Briefing
Develop, test, and optimise briefs and content angles that convert.
- 10% – Performance Analysis & Iteration
Use platform and internal data to identify high performers and improve content results.
- 10% – Recruitment, Agency & Platform Oversight
Identify new creators, manage agency partners, and collaborate with TikTok/Meta Shop teams.
2+ years building strong creator or customer communities that drive tangible results (e.g. GMV or conversions).
Track record of driving measurable sales through creative content.
Strong analytical instincts – fluent in paid performance metrics and content data.
Strategic and creative thinker who can test, iterate, and optimise content for revenue growth.
Excellent communicator – able to brief, support, and motivate creators at scale.
Speaking Spanish is a massive plus.
Must be based in the US with full working rights.
