Join our client’s team as a Healthcare Administrative Supervisor - AI Trainer and lead the evolution of healthcare office operations within a state-of-the-art virtual environment. Play a crucial role in supervising administrative teams while shaping how AI comprehends and enhances healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Directly oversee and actively support a distributed team of administrative and clerical professionals to achieve operational excellence.

- Manage essential daily processes, including patient scheduling, medical records management, and patient communications, to ensure smooth virtual office operations.

- Design, coordinate, and implement efficient patient care pathways and administrative workflows for optimal effectiveness.

- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing real-world insights to train AI systems in healthcare administrative terminology, compliance standards, and best practices.

- Monitor, analyze, and improve administrative processes to maintain quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

- Promote clear, empathetic, and professional written and verbal communication organization-wide.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in supervising healthcare administrative or clerical teams, ideally in remote or hybrid settings.

- Expert knowledge of healthcare office operations, including scheduling, records management, and patient engagement.

- Strong background in implementing efficient office workflows and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate and professional demeanor.

- Demonstrated ability to model and optimize interactions among staff, patients, and admin tools for process improvement and AI training.

- Advanced organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills in dynamic healthcare environments.

- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), scheduling software, and remote collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.

- Experience collaborating with technology teams on AI-driven process automation solutions.

- Formal training in healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA).
