Summary
The role involves managing ongoing implementations and POCs from concept to implementation and release. Responsibilities include understanding technical aspects of the product, partnering with cross-functional teams, developing customer success assets, and maintaining customer engagement. The candidate must have 10+ years of technology project management experience, strong communication skills, and preferably onsite implementation experience. Requirements
- 10+ years of technology project management experience
- Ability to create project plans, communication plans, SOWs, and all standard project documentation
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Extremely strong communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Own, lead and manage all ongoing implementation(s) and POCs from concept through implementation & release
- Understand technical aspects of the product and demo to potential customers
- Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers
- Develop Customer Success assets and methods, and work with the Key Account Managers from Sales to create new or refine existing onboarding materials
- Lead mining and client relationship geographically dispersed to deliver technology projects on time
