Our high-volume hiring platform helps businesses find and convert applicants quickly. Candidates can apply by phone in minutes, and automated processes make their experience smooth while saving our recruitment teams time. The platform also provides analytics for process visibility and data-driven decisions.

Our AI agents automate tasks throughout the frontline journey, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and retention. These agents share data between products to make smarter decisions and automatically take next steps like sending reminders, scheduling, and managing forms.

Our main product areas are:

• Hire: Automates sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
• Manage: Handles I-9s, compliance, and shift management.
• Retain: Sends personalized messages, collects feedback, and recognizes performance.

We also have newer AI-powered products like the Recruiter Agent, which engages, screens, and schedules candidates ²⁴⁄₇. The Shift Agent fills open shifts and improves workforce coverage with automated scheduling.

Our hiring platform supports posting to social media and hundreds of job boards, text-to-apply via SMS, and automated candidate assessments and credential verification.

Our global customers hire over 1.2 million workers each year in 78 countries. We have facilitated over 91 million applications and 14 million hires in more than 75 countries. We partner with customers to develop new products and features, offering early access and discounted pricing through a beta testing program.
