Main Responsibilities
- Proactively process inbound leads in a timely manner to ensure a swift response to customer inquiries.
- Engage with potential customers through different channels, providing them with initial product information and assessing their needs.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information to facilitate seamless communication and tracking.
- Work closely with the Account Executive team to manage their daily schedules and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Provide valuable feedback on leads to improve our sales strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, take the initiative to get things done, try new approaches, and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team.
Core Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal, team-working, and customer service skills
- Good time management and analytical skills
- Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English
- Can-do attitude & a sense of humor
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 1600- 2500 EUR/Month. The bonuses will be paid based on the results achieved.
