The QA department ensures our software products are of the highest quality and efficiency. We are a dedicated team of inspectors who carry out audits to validate quality criteria for customers, management, certifiers, and other stakeholders.
The BCAT team at NordPass is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals dedicated to creating a seamless and secure experience for B2B customers during their onboarding process. Our team is at the forefront of developing and maintaining crucial microservices that enable new users to easily trial, select plans, make direct purchases, and explore upsell opportunities for their password manager.

Working closely with the security team, we ensure that our onboarding processes are robust and resistant to any malicious threats, prioritizing the safety and satisfaction of our users at every step.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright (TypeScript)
- Design, implement, and execute automated tests for new and existing features
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and manual QA team members to define test plans and strategies
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with the development team to resolve defects
- Continuously improve the automation framework and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure timely and accurate test coverage for regression and feature testing
- Contribute to quality best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement in QA processes
Core Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automation QA Engineer (3+ years)
- Strong proficiency in automation frameworks such as Playwright, WebdriverIO, Cypress or similar
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience in programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, XRAY) is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Bonus Points For
- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with containerization and cloud-based testing environments (e.g., Docker, AWS, Azure)
Salary Range
- Monthly gross salary from 14500 to 26800 PLN.
