What you’ll do:
We are looking for an innovative and strategic Influencer Channel Manager to manage our influencer initiatives within the fast-paced fintech industry. You will be responsible for building a robust influencer program that increases user acquisition and drives trust in our products. This role is ideal for someone who understands the intersection of content, credibility, and compliance in financial services.
In this role you will:
- Develop and execute scalable influencer marketing strategies that align with company goals around customer acquisition, engagement, and brand trust
- Identify and segment influencer partners who resonate within the active trader audience across the futures industry and adjacent asset classes
- Collaborate with compliance team to ensure influencer content adheres to regulatory standards
- Discover, vet, and onboard influencers across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and emerging channels
- Negotiate campaign terms and compensation, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships
- Maintain long-term partnerships with brand-aligned influencers and financial content creators
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management—from concept through execution to performance review
- Work closely with compliance/legal to ensure disclosures, disclaimers, and financial promotions meet regulatory guidelines (e.g., NFA, CFTC, FTC)
- Collaborate with product and growth marketing to integrate influencer content into broader campaigns
- Define and track campaign KPIs, including acquisition, engagement, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Analyze content performance, A/B test messaging, and provide data-driven recommendations
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field
- 3–6+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in fintech, trading platforms, or financial apps
- Strong grasp of the financial content landscape and the importance of trust and compliance in communications
- Proven success managing influencers in regulated environments
- Excellent project management and negotiation skills
- Experience with performance-driven influencer campaigns and conversion tracking
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with compliance standards in financial promotions (e.g., NFA, CFTC, SEC, FTC, FINRA)
- Experience in the Futures Industry or other investing category
- Strong relationships with finance creators and YouTube/TikTok financial influencers
- Background in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or user acquisition
Compensation:
The salary range for this role will be $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 8%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).
Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.
Location:
This role is based in Chicago, IL. There may be remote flexibility for exceptional candidates in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, New Jersey, Pennsylvania.
Hybrid:
For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In addition to these weekly remote days, we offer:
- 20 additional flex remote days annually
- 5 Company Wide Office-Optional weeks tied to major holidays
