Job Title: Manager, Insights & Analytics
Location: Remote (EST/CST hours preferred)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $50–$52./hour
What You’ll Do
As the Manager, Insights & Analytics, you’ll spearhead efforts to harness data, deliver impactful insights, and shape business strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and Inspire: Guide a team of analysts to develop data-driven insights, reports, and dashboards that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive Strategic Collaboration: Partner with risk management and cross-functional teams to identify priorities, uncover opportunities, and implement analytics strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Innovate Reporting Solutions: Design and launch an advanced reporting portal to provide a comprehensive view of performance metrics, improving decision-making across the organization.
- Shape Data Strategy: Oversee data architecture, integration, and warehousing processes to ensure seamless access to high-quality data for analysis and forecasting.
- Identify Trends and Tools: Stay ahead of emerging trends and recommend cutting-edge tools and technologies to support evolving data needs.
- Transform Data into Action: Connect and analyze data from multiple sources to create actionable dashboards, forecasts, and diagnostic analyses that drive financial and operational success.
- Optimize Processes: Identify and implement process improvements within the risk organization to enhance efficiency, accountability, and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a strategic leader with deep expertise in data analytics and chargeback processes. The ideal candidate brings:
- Experience:
- 5+ years in data analysis, statistical modeling, or working in a data-driven environment.
- 5+ years generating actionable data insights and recommendations.
- 5+ years of technical expertise in data architecture and integration.
- Experience training others in data analysis and reporting (highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of chargeback processes, including familiarity with Mastercard and Visa rules and related tools (highly preferred).
- Proven management experience leading chargeback or analytics teams.
- Skills:
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in designing and managing data models, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on process improvement and strategic impact.
