We offer a digital platform for production payroll, accounting, and accounts payable, designed for finance teams in film, television, commercials, and other media. Our platform combines payroll, startwork, accounting, and cost management into one system, giving users real-time financial oversight.

Our features include AI-powered tools for tasks like invoice scanning, mobile timecards for both union and non-union crews, and real-time tracking of production costs, purchase orders, and petty cash. We also provide instant reports such as trial balance, general ledger, and cost reports.

We support our customers with a concierge service model, including dedicated paymasters, Customer Success Managers, and live support. Wrapbook was founded in 2018 and is funded by investors like Jeffrey Katzenberg’s WndrCo, Andreessen Horowitz, and A* Capital.

Our mission is to improve financial services for the project economy. We do this by turning complex parts of production—like worker onboarding, union and tax compliance, payments, and insurance—into easy-to-use software. Ultimately, we want to make life easier for people working in production.

We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including health and dental insurance with customizable plans. Employees get at least three weeks of paid time off annually, as part of an overall unlimited paid time off policy.

We provide a 401K or RRSP with up to 2% matching. Employees also receive an IT setup allowance of up to $1,500 USD or $2,025 CAD for their home office, and a monthly stipend of up to $50 USD or $67.50 CAD for phone or internet costs.
