We’re seeking a HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern to join our vibrant team and help us attract the best talent as we continue to expand in the quantum computing sector, ideally to start between August and September. Alongside recruitment, you’ll also play a pivotal role in managing and developing our campus presence, fostering connections with top universities and student communities and supporting our HR Operations.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements for new talent—whether for interns or junior professional hires—and develop tailored strategies to meet those needs effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Support the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
Provide support for HR administrative processes, including internship agreements, new intern registrations (Lucca HRIS), onboarding sessions, training coordination, etc.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Research and recommend innovative sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
Create engaging job descriptions and employer branding materials.
Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate data tracking.
Monitor recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support Hiring Managers:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs for interns and junior profiles.
Provide expert assistance throughout the recruitment process to ensure it is smooth and efficient.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on candidate selection and recruitment best practices.
Campus Management & Development:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance our campus presence, including building relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers.
Organize and represent the company at campus events such as career fairs, workshops, and tech talks.
Collaborate with academic institutions to create internship programs and talent pipelines.
Identify opportunities to sponsor or host events that align with our employer branding goals.
You are pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. This position is only valid with an Internship Agreement
Seeking a 6-month end-of-study or gap-year internship.
Passionate about recruitment, with an interest in working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Previous experience in HR or recruitment through internships or academic projects.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online recruiting platforms and social media.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English.
