Your day-to-day
- Prepare and maintain laptops (Windows/macOS) for newcomers, handling global hardware shipments, setup, and collection.
- Address and resolve technical issues reported by employees, both remotely and on-site (software, hardware, connectivity, and access problems).
- Manage and administer SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, CRM platforms, and VPN access (NordLayer).
- Support system upgrades and improvements, ensuring tools are up-to-date and secure.
- Assist with access management for internal systems like CRM, NordPass, KnowBe4, and other platforms.
- Document processes and updates clearly to build a scalable, resilient IT infrastructure.
- Conduct regular system audits, maintain accurate asset inventories (hardware/software).
- Work cross-functionally to deliver smooth onboarding, solve incidents, and enhance employee IT experiences.
- Support the functionality of office peripherals such as printers and meeting room technology, including projectors and video conferencing systems.
- Manage the process of retiring and disposing of old IT equipment in a secure and compliant manner.
- Contribute to user training and guidance on basic IT tools and best practices as the role evolves.
Your skills and experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT support or system administration role.
- Hands-on experience in dynamic environments with Google Workspace, Slack, Windows/macOS device management, and SaaS tools.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform Administration is a strong advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Good understanding of IT security principles, access management, and endpoint protection basics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and growing into a senior IT role over time.
- Demonstrates a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges, taking ownership to drive results independently.

Compensation
- Gross salary 1900-2810 EUR/month (depending on your experience).
