Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, formerly IT-Services Hungary (ITSH), is a subsidiary of the Deutsche Telekom Group. We were founded in 2006 and are the largest ICT employer in Hungary, with 5,500 people across four locations: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, and Szeged.

We provide IT and telecommunications services, specializing in Service Management, IT Operations, Telecommunications, Partner Management & End-user Services, Solutions & Projects, System Integration, IP Production Services, and Sales. We develop and manage IT services and infrastructure for our partners and international clients, with a strong focus on digitalization.

Our offerings include Digital Enablers (DevOps, automation, project management, order management, service management), IT Security, and network operations for voice and data transmission. We work on Genesys-based contact center solutions, cloud-based customer service solutions, Open Telekom Cloud backend operations, electronic road charging, international tolling services, and internal tools for MPLS-based VPN connectivity. We also develop business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.

We received the HIPA award for best educational cooperation in 2019. PwC ranked us the most attractive workplace in Hungary in 2025, and we were named the most ethical multinational company.
