Summary
The job is for a Junior Cyber-Security Engineer at European Dynamics. The role involves assisting in the design, implementation, and support of security services, developing tools to detect and analyze security threats, performing SIEM operations, vulnerability scanning, monitoring, and reporting, and assisting with report and documentation development.
Requirements
- University degree (AEI/ TEI)
- Linux and Windows administration
- Good knowledge of network, systems and application intrusion techniques
- Technical documentation skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Assist in the Design, implement and support of security services, solutions and infrastructure
- Develop and implement tools to assist in detection, prevention and analysis of security threats
- SIEM Operations (setup, monitoring, reporting)
- Vulnerability scanning, monitoring and reporting
- Assist with development of reports and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing, designing and planning of security concepts with Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN systems
- MSc in Information/Cyber Security
- Familiarity with the ISO27001 Security Standard
