We are an Information Technologies service provider and software developer, operating internationally from our headquarters in Luxembourg. We provide IT services and develop software for e-Government.

We serve about 100 clients globally, including federal governments, European institutions, and international organizations in over 30 countries across four continents. We design, develop, support, and operate complex IT systems.

We offer a suite of software products for e-Government in areas like customs, taxation, procurement, financial markets, and IP management. Our expertise includes information and communication technologies, e-government, e-business, e-procurement, content and knowledge management, ICT security, and e-collaboration.

We develop and maintain BI solutions, data warehouses, and machine learning models, which involve statistical analysis and data preparation. We design cloud and on-prem architectures, define ETL processes, and work on data virtualization, modeling, reporting applications, and front-end development using SAS tooling and SQL/NoSQL.

Our services include designing and reviewing information system architectures, analyzing system integration, and producing architecture documents. We focus on Java Spring for backend components and APIs (REST, Swagger). We configure, develop, and implement ICT components, backend and cloud/on-premises infrastructure, and solution architectures for operational support, task automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

We conduct requirements gathering, business and process analysis, modeling, SWOT and gap analysis, quality assurance, and root-cause analysis, creating documentation using methodologies like BPMN/UML and Agile/Scrum. We translate business requirements into architecture solutions, design conceptual models, define solution components, and manage interdependencies.

We implement DevSecOps strategies, manage pipelines, and support continuous delivery of IT applications using Application Lifecycle Management and automation tools. Our operations support involves managing high-severity incidents, refining monitoring, validating deployment plans, and coordinating with DevSecOps and Database Administration teams.

Our project management services cover the design, development, and implementation of software systems, defining project scope and goals, and managing project and quality plans.

We have about 1,200 staff across 7 international subsidiaries. Our work environment is multinational, multicultural, and multilingual.
