Job description
Salary: P25,000 – P35,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1–2 years’ experience in financial services, administration, or paraplanning support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); exposure to Xplan or CRM platforms is advantageous
- RG146 or a Diploma of Financial Planning

- Software Proficiency
What will you do?
Client Administration & Support
- Manage onboarding documentation including KYC, fact finds, and file notes
- Provide professional and timely communication with clients, including scheduling and follow-ups
- Assist with the preparation of reports, meeting packs, and compliance documentation
Paraplanning Support
- Assist in collecting and entering client data and conducting preliminary strategy research
- Support the preparation of basic SOAs and ROAs under the supervision of senior team members
- Run insurance quotes, compare products, and liaise with providers for pre-assessments
- Support modelling of client scenarios using internal software (with training provided)
Team & Process Support
- Maintain CRM systems (Xplan, Plutosoft, Zoho) and ensure client files are accurate and up to date
- Assist with operational support such as workflow tracking, document formatting, and internal reporting
- Proactively participate in team meetings, internal training, and process improvement initiatives
