- 5+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator role
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Salesforce, WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (or eager to learn)
- Strong written communication and organisational skills
- Enthusiastic about marketing and eager to develop in a hands-on role
- Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
What will you do?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of day-to-day marketing activities across digital channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow their career in digital marketing by working across a variety of platforms and channels.
Youβll be supported by our Marketing Manager who will oversee your onboarding, provide guidance, and ensure your work remains aligned with business goals. This position does not require you to lead strategy, manage internal marketing teams, or oversee advanced campaign planning β instead, your focus will be on the seamless delivery of tactical marketing tasks
- Content Creation
- Assist with writing and editing marketing content with the assistance of AI (e.g. blogs, social media posts, landing pages)
- Produce simple visual assets using design tools such as Canva and CapCut (e.g. social graphics, videos)
- Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Monitor engagement and report on performance metrics
- Email Marketing Campaigns
- Build and send email campaigns using marketing automation tools
- Manage contact lists and optimise email performance through A/B testing and reporting
- Website Updates
- Make basic content updates to websites via CMS (e.g. WordPress)
- Coordinate with developers for more complex changes
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Compile performance data from various platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce)
- Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
- CRM Management
- Maintain and update CRM data
- Support lead capture, segmentation, and customer journey tracking
- Budget Monitoring
- Track campaign and ad spend to ensure budget compliance
- Flag anomalies or areas for optimisation
