Swoon is a furniture brand obsessed with design and detail. We launch new furniture online every week — and every product must go live looking perfect.
We’re looking for a Part Time Freelance Junior Site Administrator to help manage product data and make sure every launch runs smoothly. No experience needed — just rock-solid attention to detail and basic spreadsheet skills.
Under 18? No problem. Open to UK applicants aged 16 and over — if you’re detail-focused and reliable, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Add and update new product info in Akeneo (our product database).
Double-check prices, specs and images before hitting publish on our Magento site.
Upload and format SEO friendly copy
Update products across the site based on sales and stock.
Keep spreadsheets accurate and up to date.
Spot mistakes before customers do.
Support our merchandising team and flag issues fast.
Obsessive eye for detail — you don’t let mistakes slip.
Confidence using Google Sheets.
Reliable and organised — you stick to deadlines.
Good communicator — you’ll ask clear questions when something’s off.
No experience needed — we’ll train you.
Freelance, about 12 days per month.
Flexible schedule, remote work.
Over 18, £14 per hour. Under 18, £12 per hour.
Learn new skills (Magento & Akeneo) with a supportive team.
