About Us:

We’re a fast-scaling, tech-driven company that leads the U.S. market in Financial Services space, delivering automation-first solutions that modernize how services are delivered at scale. Our platform powers customer experiences and operational efficiency for tens of thousands of users—and we’re pushing hard into AI-assisted development, workflow intelligence, and smart automation.

We believe in autonomy, ownership, and outcomes. We don’t micromanage—we enable great people to do their best work with the right tools.

Summary:

We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader who not only writes clean code but also thinks like an architect, mentors like a team lead, and automates like an innovator.

This is a full-time, long-term position with health benefits and paid vacation, ideal for someone eager to shape the engineering future of a platform built by the market leader in Credit Repair within the U.S. You’ll be the go-to dev on our core workflow portal and guide several key builds across our product ecosystem.

Technical Skills:

  • 7+ years of full stack development experience (Laravel + React required)
  • Strong grasp of secure API design, modular architecture, and distributed systems
  • Hands-on experience managing cloud deployments and infrastructure (AWS preferred)
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools and modern integration patterns
  • Confidence in debugging, scaling, and refactoring real-world production apps

Soft Skills & Mindset:

  • Proven leadership in a team lead, tech lead, or mentoring capacity
  • Experience driving project architecture from discovery to launch
  • Strong documentation habits and ability to lead by example in code and process
  • Comfort exploring and adopting modern AI tools for development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, GPT-based code generation, AI test writing)
  • Eagerness to automate repeatable tasks and contribute to intelligent workflow design
  • Always learning—on top of trends in AI-assisted dev, automation, and productivity tooling
  • Proactive communicator who bridges the gap between product goals and technical implementation
  • Self-starter who thrives in autonomy and doesn’t wait for instructions
  • Business-aware thinker who understands the “why” behind the code
  • Clean coder who values structure, security, and reliability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in full stack or software development roles.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity is a plus.
  • Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Lean development environments
