Hi David:

We are looking for a contractor to hire resource who can be our engineering lead for NICE CCaaS implementation. Please let me know if you have any candidates in mind.

Length of contract (and whether there’s potential for contract-to-hire) MS:  8 to 12 months

Location specifics (fully remote, hybrid, or travel expectations) MS: Fully Remote but may have some trip to the client for workshop or reviews.

Target hourly rate or bill rate range MS: $75 to $85 per hour (US) or depends on the level of experience.

More focus is NICE CCaaS. But if the candidate has WF even better. We have a project that is coming up ASAP.

Job Title: NICE Experienced Engineer Lead

Location:  Near Deloitte Consulting Office / Remote and some onsite travel

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NICE Engineer Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NICE systems, including implementation, configuration, and support. As a lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of NICE projects, ensuring successful delivery, and providing guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with NICE systems, including implementation and support.

  • Proven experience in leading NICE projects and teams.

  • Strong understanding of NICE technologies, including NICE Engage, NICE inContact, and NICE Workforce Management.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

  • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Relevant NICE certifications to may include  the following:

    • NICE inContact CXone Certification

    • NICE Certified Implementation Engineer

    • NICE Workforce Management (WFM) Certification

    • NICE Interaction Analytics Certification

    • NICE Quality Management Certification

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based NICE solutions.

  • Knowledge of contact center operations and best practices.

  • Familiarity with other contact center technologies and integrations.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of NICE systems and solutions.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored NICE solutions.

  • Oversee and manage NICE project timelines, deliverables, and resources.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to NICE systems.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in NICE implementations.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for NICE systems, including configuration, processes, and procedures.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on NICE systems and best practices.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in NICE technology.
