We established our boutique recruiting firm in 2013, bringing over 40 years of combined industry experience. We provide staff augmentation, direct hire, and contract-to-hire personnel, specializing in matching IT and healthcare candidates with employers across various industries.

In IT, we offer contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement professionals. For healthcare, we provide contingent executive search services to find and recruit executive talent, offering both permanent and interim solutions.

We also offer at-home learning support for K-12 students in Long Beach, Los Angeles, and Orange County through Greenfield Education Services. We connect students with local educators for in-person 1:1 instruction or small group lessons.

Greenfield Partners started as a technical staffing spin-off from a converged infrastructure solutions provider.

Our mission is to help employers succeed by connecting them with the right talent. We provide valuable advice and an expert perspective throughout the hiring process.

We are a small team of 1-10 employees. Greenfield Partners was founded by David Rima, Kyle Drumwright, Jenni Drumwright, and Pam Rima. Jenni Drumwright is our Chief Executive Officer, and Kyle Drumwright is our Chief Financial Officer.

Our operational approach fosters respect for both clients and candidates. We aim to provide a clear, structured process for our work. Our culture emphasizes finding the right candidate with the appropriate skills for each role.
