Join Our Team of Florida Mental Healthcare Providers! Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person therapy. Our purpose is to improve access to high-quality mental health care. We are actively hiring therapists based in Miami and surrounding areas who want to work remotely while making a meaningful impact with clients throughout Florida.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person)
- Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
- Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance
Compensation & Benefits:
- An hourly rate of $38.00

What We’re Looking For:
- Foresight seeks Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and/or Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) who reside in a state in which we operate (FL residency required for hybrid roles).
- Must not be opted out of Medicare
What Sets You Up For Success:
- Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices; including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
- Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom)
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, therapy leaders, billing, and support service
- Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across all responsibilities

- Adaptability, critical thinking, and a team-oriented mindset within interdisciplinary models
