About Foresight Mental Health
We are a mental health organization founded in 2018. We employ between 501 and 1000 individuals, offering therapy and psychiatry services online and in-person for all ages. We treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental disorders.
We accept most major insurance carriers, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Cigna Evernorth, Humana, Kaiser Northern California, Magellan Health, Medicare, MultiPlan PHCS, TriWest, Optum, and United Health Optum, to make care more accessible and affordable. We also aim to improve the client and provider experience, enhance care quality, and reduce stigma.
Mission & Values
Our purpose is to improve access to high-quality mental health care. Foresight Mental Health was founded by Doug Hapeman and Matt Milford, who met at the University of California, Berkeley.

- Integrity: We behave ethically and honestly.
- Stewardship: We take financial care and act reliably with resources.
- Transformation: We positively influence the mental health care ecosystem, improving reimbursement rates and eliminating barriers to access.
